1- Who are we ?

We are Bretzel Travel, an agency passionate about authentic, sustainable and fun experiences. But you already knew this ! If you have any questions on this politic, you can always write to us at : hugo@bretzeltravel.com.

• The information we collect (and why)

We don’t collect your data just for fun, I promise. Here is what we could be led to gather :

Name and surname : To know what to call you, that always helps.
Email address : To reply to you (and not to spam your mailbox, pinky promise).
Phone number : In case you want us to call you back, or for an emergency (like a burnt pretzel for example).
Web navigation info : To make our website more fun to browse (homemade cookies, nothing serious).
If you download images from the website, please avoid including integrated location data in it (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract informations.

• What do we do with your data ?
  Reply to your requests.
  Improve our services (we aim for perfection, but always with a smile).
  Keep you informed on our news (only if you agree, of course).
• Who do we share our data with ?
  Absolutely nobody, unless it’s really necessary (such as a service provider to plan a dream trip). And even in that case, those partners are just as serious as we are on your data protection.
• For how long do we keep your data ?
  No longer than needed. If you leave (snif), we delete everything after a resasonable amount of time.
• Your rights (yeah you have loads) :
  At any given time, you can :

Ask to see your data.
Correct it if anything is wrong (or tell us if you’ve got a new address).
Require its deletion.
Say « stop » to our e-mails (though we hope you will stay).

• Cookies 🍪
  Yes, we use cookies on our website but not the kind that makes you put weight. They are only there to make your browsing smoother. You could deactivate them in your settings, but some parts of it might not work as well (we would rather let you know).
